Introduction These Terms and Conditions set out the basis on which Bodyform Physiotherapy LTD provides physiotherapy services to patients. By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to these terms.

Booking Policy Appointments can be booked in several ways, including through our website, by telephone, in person at the clinic, or via direct message. All bookings are subject to availability.

Payment Terms Payment for treatment is due at the time of the appointment. In order to secure a future appointment, a deposit may be required. This deposit will be deducted from the cost of the session when attended.

Cancellation and Rescheduling We ask all patients to provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If an appointment is missed or unattended without notice, the patient will need to rebook within 7 days to secure their place in our schedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a late cancellation fee.

Refunds Appointments cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled time are fully refundable. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours, or not attended, are non-refundable.

Medical Disclaimer Physiotherapy treatment, advice, and exercises are provided as part of your care but should not be considered a substitute for emergency medical treatment. Patients are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical conditions, injuries, and medications prior to treatment. If urgent medical attention is required, patients should seek emergency services immediately.

Limitation of Liability Bodyform Physiotherapy LTD and its staff take all reasonable care in providing safe and professional physiotherapy services. However, we cannot be held responsible for injuries sustained outside of supervised sessions, or where patients fail to follow prescribed guidance or exercises correctly.
