Neck Pains

The neck is highly mobile and supports the weight of the head, making it prone to strain and injury. Common neck problems can be caused by poor posture, sudden movements, or degenerative conditions.

  • Improve neck mobility and flexibility.
  • Strengthen the muscles supporting the neck.
  • Alleviate nerve compression.
  • Educate on posture and ergonomic adjustments to prevent recurrence.
  • Use soft tissue techniques and mobilizations to relieve muscle tension and pain.
